Eamonn Holmes has proudly posed with his crutches after revealing he is dependent on them following his pelvis dislocation and slipped discs.
The 61 year old suffered the painful injuries a few months ago and is now on a gruelling road to recovery with a top physiotherapist.
But the This Morning host has given himself a break from his recovery as he enjoyed a long Bank Holiday weekend in Scotland.
Taking to social media, the Irish presenter shared images from his trip away with his one million Twitter followers, showing off his crutches as he posed outside the former home of poet Robert Burns.
Sharing a trio of images of himself, Eamonn was first seen beaming on a golf course as he enjoyed a game of the sport.
The second saw him using his crutch to point at the plaque which marked the birthplace of Robert Burns, whilst a third saw him sat with his face mask covering his nose and mouth and he, once again, held on to a crutch.
He wrote to his followers: "Determined to still get around. Been to Bonnie Scotland over the Bank Holiday. Crutches and all…"
Many of Eamonn's followers wished him well on his recovery, and announced their joy that we was still about to get away.
One wrote: "I'm so glad you could get away to Scotland & say to your pain 'I'm going to go & have a good time & goodbye pain for now'!"
A second added: "Glad you're getting out and about. Are you sure that's Scotland, though? Blue skies, sunshine? Surely not."

Whilst a third penned: "Aww glad you had a nice trip to Scotland. Hope your pain eases soon Eamon. Lots of love to you & love to Ruth."
However, other fans took to the comments section to voice their disappointment that he and wife Ruth Langsford are not hosting This Morning this half term, instead being replaced by Alison Hammond and Dermot O'Leary.
One wrote: "Miss you and Ruthie on This morning. It's not the same. We were promised as viewers to have you two presenting in the holidays. We feel cheated as viewers."
Eamonn revealed he was crutch dependent days before his trip, saying in a video: "OK I'm still crutch dependent and the idea is to get rid of this and the man that's going to get rid of this for me is this man James Davis!"
James told Eamonn's fans how they have been working together for the past couple of weeks and that the Irish presenter is now at the "rehab stage" of his recovery.
As he began performing his exercises, Eamonn told his followers: "This all looks very simple and it is very simple except it's like learning to walk again."
