Katie Price fixes sister Sophie’s veil in behind-the-scenes wedding snaps

Katie Price has shared a sweet behind the scenes photo from her sister Sophie’s wedding, after finding out she managed to avoid a jail sentence for breaching a restraining order.

Earlier this week, the glamour model attended her sister Sophie’s wedding to her long-time partner Harry, bringing her five children along with her for the special day.

The 44 year old reality star was joined by children – Harvey, 20, Junior, 17, Princess, 14, Jett, eight and seven – for the wedding, where the couple tied the knot at a beautiful church ceremony in East Sussex.

Now Katie has shared a behind the scenes photo of her younger sister’s big day, in which she can be seen helping Sophie with her veil.

She also shared a photo of Sophie and her eldest son Harvey walking towards the church together, with Harvey looking smart in a white shirt, red tie, and formal shorts.

Sharing the intimate snap to Instagram, Katie wrote: “@sophie_pricey such a great day! Harvey looked so smart. thank you @uptheirclothing”.

For the occasion, bridesmaid Katie wore a navy blue off-the-shoulder gown which came in a silk material and clutched a bunch of colourful flowers as part of her bridesmaid duties.

Bride Sophie stunned in a simple yet elegant bridal gown, which featured long sleeves and a high neckline. She wore her hair in an up-do that was decorated with flowers and had a stunning floor length veil alongside her wedding dress.

It comes after the mum of five escaped jail at a hearing on Friday and instead was handed an 18-month community order at Lewes Crown Court to carry out 170 hours of unpaid work, as well as paying £1,500 costs after admitting breaching a restraining order.

The reality TV star was charged with breaching a restraining order after she sent a foul-mouthed message, calling her ex husband Kieran Hayler's fiancée Michelle Penticost a "gutter s**g" in a text to him.

The breach of restraining order case came after Katie sent messages to ex Kieran, that read: "Tell your c****** w***e, piece of s**t, girlfriend not to start on me.

"She has a restraining order so shouldn't try to antagonise me as she is in breach and I'm sure she doesn't want people knowing that she was having an affair with you behind my back. That gutter s**g.”

Although the message was directed to Kieran and not to Michelle, the reference of “Tell your” meant that Katie had breached a restraining order that was in place that stopped her from making contact with Michelle.

At the hearing in May, Judge Stephen Mooney warned the star that she was "at risk of going to prison", although he accepted that Katie had "accepted responsibility for an offence".

At Friday's hearing, Judge Stephen Mooney told Katie: “In my judgement, this offence was committed out of anger. The words you used were highly offensive and inflammatory so the breach cannot be considered minor.

“In my judgement, balancing the aggravating and mitigating factors, the appropriate sentence is a medium-level community order.”

Katie's ex-husband Kieran and his fiancée Michelle were "extremely disappointed" at the verdict, and in a joint statement they said: "We are incredibly disappointed with the result of today's court hearing.

"We feel a custodial sentence would have sent the right message to the public given the seriousness of Miss Price's offending."

The glamour model pleaded "not guilty" to the charges while at Crawley Magistrates Court on Wednesday 27 April, later admitting the charge.
