Nadia Essex has revealed she's dropped three dress sizes after improving her relationship with food following the birth of her son Ezekiel in March.

The TV personality, 38, enjoyed home cooking and a balanced diet before welcoming her child, but found herself craving sugary food to keep her energy up during breast feeding.

Now, having dropped from 10 stone to nine, the star has decided to show off her post-baby body in side-by-side photos of herself in nothing but a sports bra and shorts – clearly highlighting the six inches she's lost from her waistline.

Opening up about her weight loss journey as she said: "Before Ezekiel I used to love food, for me it was better than sex! I’d never had a sweet tooth before but during pregnancy when the cravings hit I gave my body what it wanted.

"Once we came back home, I kept eating sugary foods to give me the energy that I needed to look after Zeek.

"I’d find myself eating three chocolate bars, two or three packets of crisps and sweets to give me enough energy to keep me going through the day. If I could find a spare five minutes, I would treat myself to a ready meal."

The stunning star, who recently shared an adorable photo of her baby boy, has since been following MuscleFood’s Weight Loss Plan called Goal Getter's.

"Goal Getter’s was perfect for me as it arrived at my front door all prepared and portioned out. Before, the thought of going to the shops and deciding what to eat was making me anxious but this was great," she continued.

"I knew I always had food in the fridge and it was healthy and filling. It gave me the energy I needed to look after Ezekiel as well as being tasty and enjoyable.

“I particularly enjoyed the meal kits as they helped rekindle my love of cooking again. I try to be as environmentally friendly as possible so knowing they were perfectly portioned for one person reduced my food waste massively.”

The Celebs Go Dating star also completed home workouts through Zoom calls with a personal trainer to ensure the weight stayed off.

Nadia added: "I’ve never enjoyed exercise, I find it difficult to motivate myself and stick to a regime. But these were great, bringing the food and exercise together in one programme really helped me."

Nadia previously spoke out about her journey to adopting a healthier lifestyle on her Instagram account.
