Ozzy Osbourne has released a new video for “Straight To Hell,” the second single from his upcoming album, Ordinary Man.
The video shows Osbourne, wearing a black hooded cap and dark eye makeup, leaning on a gold-tipped cane amidst a pitched street battle between protesters and riot-gear-wielding police.
“I’ll make you scream/ I’ll make you defecate/ Straight to hell tonight/ We’re going straight to hell/ Straight to hell tonight,” Osbourne sings in the chorus with protesters, armed with lethal weapons, taking on officers firing tear gas. The fight eventually ends with what looks like an atomic bomb explosion.
Osbourne released “Straight to Hell,” featuring Guns ‘N’ Roses guitarist Slash, in November.
Earlier, Osbourne had released a video for “Under the Graveyard,” the first single from Ordinary Man, which will be his first album since 2010’s Scream.
“The album was all finished in four weeks,” Osbourne admitted in September. “I said to [wife and manager] Sharon that I didn’t feel like I’d made an album, because we haven’t ended up screaming at each other.”
Osbourne was recovering from a serious fall while recording the album.
“If it wasn’t for making this record, I would still be on traction, thinking, ‘I’m going to be lying here forever,'” Osbourne confessed. “I’ve missed music so badly. My fans are so loyal and so good. Up until making the album, I thought I was dying. But that got me off my arse. … It’s the greatest album I’ve done.”
