Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby enjoy a murder mystery night with their families during lockdown

This Morning presenters Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby enjoyed a virtual murder mystery party on Friday evening with their families.

Although the much-loved TV duo and best friends cannot go round to each others houses they still found a way to have a fun evening, via the video app Zoom.

Phillip’s daughter Molly, 27, shared a peek into the fun-looking party, which included her sister Ruby, 24, and her boyfriend, as well as the 58 year old’s wife Stephanie.

On a laptop, tuning in to the session via Zoom was Molly’s boyfriend Will Grievson, as well as Holly Willoughby and her husband Dan Baldwin.

In the snap posted to Instagram, the family’s dining table is laid out with place settings with the names of the characters taking part in the game, a piece of evidence and role-play sheet so that each of them know how to embody the character.

Molly’s was playing the part of Fizzy Cruickshank, and she also shared with followers a close up of her place setting.

The Schofield family are obviously big fans of an at-home murder mystery night, as earlier this month Phillip shared a snap of himself and his family dressed up in the back garden of their lavish Oxfordshire home.

In the caption he revealed they were taking part in a murder mystery evening as he wrote: “Murder mystery night… we’re all in character and taking it very seriously”.

One of the This Morning star’s 3.1million followers slammed him amid reports he had moved out of the family home, and therefore appeared to have broken lockdown rules by returning.
