Poor Rita Ora's top evidently went through the shredder at Soccer Aid

Rita Ora really needs to look into her washing machine, as her top appeared a little, how do you say, shredded at last night’s Soccer Aid for Unicef performance.

The singer and Unicef UK ambassador took to the pitch to sing her new tune Ritual during the half time show, and while we can only assume we’d need to take out a second mortgage to afford the probably-designer garb, it did appear a little holey in the best way possible.

Ha, we’re only kidding. We don’t even have one mortgage…

Anyway, the Anywhere songstress wowed the crowd gathered at Stamford Bridge on Sunday night as they watched a bunch of celebrities and footballers bash it out to take home the Soccer Aid for Unicef cup.

Rita’s outfit had really gone through the wringer, as she donned the white top and one-legged jeans for the energetic spin around the pitch.

At one stage she even took that outfit and kicked some goals (literally and metaphorically, we suppose) as someone handed the star a ball on the hallowed ground.

We mean, we’re sure Rita’s being paid enough to afford two legs in her jeans but at the same time we’re also blissfully aware everyone will be rocking one-legged jeans tomorrow.

Thanks, Rita.

Her merry band of dancers echoed her same sartorial sentiments, too, as they wore white trainers, a matching top and blue jeans for the denim-heavy performance.

Rita took to Instagram following the performance to share her gratitude as she wrote: ‘Thank you to my amazing dancers and the amazing crew who were part of my @socceraid #RITUALperformance tonight!

‘We really made some magic out there!’

There were smiles aplenty during the star-studded event, well on the Piers Morgan assistant-managed World XI side, anyway.

The team captained by Usain Bolt and managed by Harry Redknapp took out the match after the game went to penalties. That came after England’s Joe Wicks, Mark Wright and Lee Mack all missed goals from 12 yards.

It’s not about winning though, right (right, Piers?) with nearly £7million having been raised throughout the night, £1million more than last year’s total.
