Rebecca Vardy is going to compete on Dancing On Ice next year, however it seems the star is already fighting fit judging from her recent Instagram post.
The 38 year old has shared a snap showing off her immense flexibility while working out at home ahead of her debut on the ice.
The wife of footballer Jamie Vardy shared an image of herself wearing grey exercise clothes as she practised stretches in her home gym on Sunday.

She captioned the post: "Working hard on my flexibility for the [ice skates emoji]".
The mother of five used exercise bands to extend her leg high behind her, adopting an arabesque-style shape.
If she can skate in this form she will definitely be a strong contender for winning the show.
Rebekah has already been busy training for the show alongside professional skater Andy Buchanan.
Speaking on Good Morning Britain, the media personality said: "I just think I want everyone to laugh at me really!
"My dad taught me how to stand up on a pair of skates when I was about 7 years old, we used to go skating a lot when my mum and dad split up, we would go with him to the local ice rink.

"I'm really excited actually. The only time I've been ice skating since is when we take our kids to the rink."
Aside from appearing on the hit show, Rebekah is also readying herself for her upcoming court case against fellow WAG Coleen Rooney, 34.
Coleen accused Rebekah of "informing the press about her private online posts" in a lengthy and memorable social media message.
Rebekah vehemently denied this and as a result the former I'm A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! contestant is suing for libel and a hearing is scheduled for Thursday 19 November.
Rebekah is reportedly seeking substantial damages as she claims she as suffered "severe and extreme hostility and abuse" since the accusation was made.
At the hearing it is believed that Coleen will have to explain why she made the allegations and that she had 'reasonable grounds' to do so.
