Writing exclusively in OK! column, HRVY revealed he has been “struggling” with the choreography.
He said: “I’ve had another stressful week so far, as always. But, we’re doing a couples choice this week so it’s a little bit more my style.
“Janette and I are doing a contemporary/street dance. We’re dancing to A Sky Full Of Stars by Coldplay, which starts really pretty and then goes into a drop which is perfect for our routine.

“I’m struggling with how fast the choreography is. But, I’m enjoying this week a lot more than learning the Tango last week. It just killed me.”
He continued: “I couldn’t believe we got such high scores for our Tango. But, I’m glad we did it because it shows we have that variety and that I can actually pull off ballroom dancing.”
And HRVY credits Janette, 37, with giving him confidence after feeling like he wanted to give up on the BBC One dancing show.

Strictly's HRVY wasn't enjoying show and wanted to give up but Janette got him out of 'negative headspace'
He said: “The thing is with Strictly, the challenge isn’t just the dancing, it’s turning yourself into a different character every week. I’ve found it really scary.
“Janette really had to help me through last week. I was so in my own head about everything. I was so nervous and I wasn’t enjoying it at all.
“Being in such a negative headspace just made me want to give up. But Janette was like a counsellor and gave me so much confidence.”
