James Diags Bennewith has finally moved on from his ex Fran Parman as he's gone Instagram official with new girlfriend Sophie Ernoult.

Sophie took to her Instagram feed to share a sweet clip of herself posing for a mirror selfie with 29 year old Diags, which she captioned: "We have a good time," followed by a white heart emoji.

In the short clip, former TOWIE star Diags donned a white jumper as he pulled a funny face by sticking his tongue out, while his other half wore a gorgeous tan-coloured turtle neck dress.

Sophie also took to her Instagram Stories to post a cute photo of herself placing a kiss on Diags's cheek, which she wrote over: "Oh you," alongside a red heart emoji before tagging him.

Despite the couple dating for nearly six months, according to The Sun, it's the first time the reality star has made an appearance on Sophie's Instagram feed.

It is believed the couple met in February while they were both volunteering in Uganda for a charity that helps children in need.

Diags' ex Fran originally appeared on TOWIE in 2014, when she joined the show as his housemate.

The brunette, who has returned to the show to celebrate 10 years of TOWIE, initially dated Tom Pearce but, when things didn’t work out between her and Tom, she sparked a romance with Diags.

Diags and Fran dated for three years before splitting in 2017, which then lead to Fran’s swift departure from the show.

At the time, Fran had tweeted about her heartbreak over the situation as she wrote: "I can't even begin to explain how broken hearted I am.. when you stand by a man through thick and thin and they don't care so, so lost".

The only mention of the split on TOWIE was when Diags revealed he was a “single man”, leaving viewers questioning what happened.

Shortly after their breakup, Fran opened up to OK! online about why their relationship broke down.

Fran said at the time: “We’d booked Ibiza and we’d just moved into a new flat and he was like: ‘look, we can’t fully enjoy ourselves, we’re gonna have to go next year,’ and I said: ‘Fine, I totally understand that’ and then he just come in like: ‘Right, I’m going to Ibiza with the boys this weekend’.”

She then explained how she found it “unfair” that he went away while she stayed home alone, but wasn’t fazed by him going on a lads holiday.
