Messages of congratulations poured in from his legions of followers.

The pair have been together since 2008 and have two children together – Conor Junior, three, and Croia, one.

Back in July, Dee paid a sweet tribute to Conor on his birthday as she shared pictures of them kissing and cuddling on Instagram.

She lovingly captioned the pictures: “Happy Birthday to my everything. Let’s celebrate you today babe. I love you.”

Conor has thanked Dee for supporting him throughout the years and for believing in him.

He told the Irish Mirror in 2017: "My girlfriend worked very hard throughout the years and stuck by me when I had essentially absolutely nothing.

"I only had a dream that I was telling her. For me to be able to take her out of work, give her everything she’s ever wanted and to travel the world with her fills me with pride. It keeps me going."

Dee, meanwhile, says she always knew Conor would make it big in his sport, saying: "He’s always been super confident, we always knew this was going to happen – it was nearly like we were predicting the future.

"It’s weird for me to say but we just always knew he was going to get to this level and every few months it just keeps going and going and going and the sky is the limit."
