MOST of us know we should drink plenty of water and get nutrients from our diet.

Now there are new waters out that contain fruit and vitamins. We try them out and our Beauty Editor puts liquid blushers to the test.

FRUIT

  • Feel Good Drinks, RRP £1.19 per can, feelgooddrinks.com – buy now

Feel Good Drinks are made from a blend of fruit and sparkling water with no artificial flavours, added sugar or sweeteners and contain 15 per cent juice.

I tried raspberry and hibiscus.

Has less than 27 calories per 330ml can and three per cent of sales go to charity.

Higher in calories and not as beneficial as the other two I tried, but lovely fruity taste.

MULTI VITAMINS

  • Acti-Vit, £1.29 per can, actiph.shop – buy now

Acti-Vit comes in three fruity flavours – light and zesty lemon, lime & orange, which I loved, tropical boost, and blackcurrant, apple & raspberry.

These are brilliant as each can contains 100 per cent of your recommended daily allowance of vitamins B5, B6, B9, B12, C and D and zinc.

Zero sugar and only three calories per 330ml can.

Plus, for every case of drinks sold, a tree is planted. Will buy these again.

MAGNESIUM

  • OHMG, £23.40 for 12 (£1.95 per can), ohmgwater.com – buy now

OHMG sparkling magnesium water comes in three flavours and has nootropics to reduce stress and fatigue.

Every can has 56mg of magnesium (women should have about 315mg daily) and zero calories.

A great product if you feel stressed.

BUDGET

  • Benefit, poppy-pink tinted lip and cheek stain, £15.50, escentual.com/benefit057 – buy now

Pink liquid blush that doubles as a lip stain.

Fairly bright, so I found less is more and only added a couple of dots to my cheek with the applicator before blending with my finger.

Dries almost instantly and blends quickly.

Long-wearing – I didn’t have to touch up at all.

MID-RANGE

  • Daniel Sandler, watercolour liquid blush 15ml, £16.50, escentual.com/danielsandler012 – buy now

Lightweight liquid blush to add a natural glow to cheeks.

A tiny dot is needed at first but it is buildable, which I loved.

I could use a small amount for a natural hint or add layers for a more glam look.

Free of oil and silicone so it sits nicely on the skin without clogging pores. There is a wide variety of shades, too.

LUXURY

  • Iconic London, sheer blush, 12.5ml, £18, iconiclondoninc.com – buy now

Creamy liquid blush gives a beautiful glow – almost like a highlighter and blush in one.

Highly pigmented and really makes the cheeks pop.

I added three small dots across each check and blended with a soft brush. Available in six shades. My favourite.
