With Eat Out to Help Out finishing up, there isn’t really much of an incentive to head to our favourite restaurants for a meal.
Nando’s is trying to fix that with their new campaign ‘hump day heaven’, where they’ll be footing the bill for customers on Wednesdays across the month.
With over 12,500 chances to win, each Nando’s restaurant will be selecting one lucky table at random and rewarding customers that dine at that table with a discount code.
Discounts will range from £10 – £20, each day – which will be automatically applied to the order.
Even better still, you’ll find out if you’ve ‘won’ at the payment screen, making the whole thing very exciting (seriously, we have very little by way of stimulation right now).
If what you’re ordering comes to less than the discount amount, you’ll simply get what you ordered for free.
So if it’s a £7.50 order, Nando’s will cover £7.50 only – even if you would have got £10 or £20 off a bigger order. What we’re saying is, play your ordering tactically to reap the rewards.
Sadly, the offer is only available to those who dine in rather than takeaway or collect.
The hump day heaven deal lasts until Wednesday 28 October, so choose your lucky number and get down there for a midweek meal.
Speaking of freebies, over 1,250 pubs have signed up to a scheme that allows people one free drink per week, with the aim of getting people back in bars.
All you need to do is register online and you could be supping a free pint after your lucky Nando’s dinner.
