Almost 10 million people suffer from body pain every day. However, there can be ways to alleviate joint pain without visiting a doctor.  

Osteopath and recovery specialist James Davies has revealed four body parts that are highly prone to pain: the neck, hips, shoulders and lower back. He outlines ways to test whether key body areas are heathy. James also recommends key stretches and exercises that you can do at home to help prevent painful strain.
