Prince Harry has put Meghan Markle in a 'difficult position' with a key decision about their son Archie, a royal expert has claimed.
The Duke and Duchess welcomed their little boy in May and have been pretty much thrown the royal rule book out the window ever since.
They first raised eyebrows with some fans when they refuse to release details of the birth, and then didn't introduce the world to Archie on the hospital steps.
But Ingrid Seward, editor-in-chief of Majesty Magazine, believes Harry's latest decision could put Meghan in a bad situation with the public and other members of their family.
The couple are reportedly having a private christening for Archie next weekend.
While christenings aren't normally broadcast, the press are usually invited to take photo of the family and their guest, including the new Godparents, as they arrive and leave the celebrations.
However Meghan and Harry have not done this, and will instead have just 25 people into a private part of Windsor Castle for the event – and Ingrid believes it was the Duke's idea.
Ingrid told MailOnline : "I think this is quite Harry-led and it is putting Meghan in a very difficult position.
"She's the one getting all the flak as a newcomer to the Royal Family. I assume Harry and Meghan don't know where they are going wrong and think the criticism is all so very unfair."
However Ingrid doesn't understand why the couple won't let fans see photos of Archie, saying many are 'jaded' at the arty photos the couple have been releasing.
The christening report came just days after details of the £2.4million pricetag for renovating the couple's Windsor home, Frogmore Cottage , was made public – and it's not even finished yet.
The Queen is expected to miss Archie's christening as she has other engagements, just as she did for Louis's last year.
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge stuck with tradition by letting the world be part of Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis's christenings.
