I can't forgive myself for sexually assaulting my friend when I was drunk | The Sun

DEAR DEIDRE: AFTER getting blind drunk, I was horrified to learn I had sexually assaulted my male friend.

Now I feel so ashamed and disgusted that I want to kill myself.

I’m a 21-year-old guy.My friend is the same age and we’ve known each other since the first day of university.

We are both bisexual and have fooled around a bit.

Last week, he came back to mine after the pub and we carried on drinking shots.

I blacked out. In the morning, he was gone. When I messaged him, he told me I’d assaulted him.

Pictures on my phone proved it. I have no recollection of it.

He says he knows the drink made me do it and he won’t report me.

But he says we can’t be friends. I hate myself and I just want to end it all.
