Joy-Anna Duggar shares sweet photos of son Gideon and daughter Evelyn as fans think she's PREGNANT with third child

JOY-Anna Duggar shared sweet photos of son Gideon, three, and daughter Evelyn, one, as fans speculated that she's pregnant with her third child.

The television personality, 23, shared fall family photos on Instagram of her two children standing innocently and laughing in a field.

In the photos, Gideon clapped his hands together and grinning widely, while Evelyn ate a graham cracker in a floral yellow baby dress complete with fall booties.

Supportive comments rained in from fans: "So much happiness!"

A second added: "Just look at that smile and laugh."

A third remarked on Gideon's resemblance to Joy-Anna's husband, Austin Forsyth, 27: "He is your husband's mini-me."

The enthusiasm rolled over from a family photo Instagram post Joy-Anna shared yesterday, where she is holding her daughter Evelyn right in front of her waist.

Fans speculated that the Counting On alum may be expecting a third and was using her daughter Evelyn to hide her baby bump.

After one fan commented on the post: "No 3?", another replied with the same thoughts writing: "That was my first thought when I saw how she was holding the little one."

The photo also surfaced on Reddit where the user captioned the post: "Tell me she's not pregnant!"

One person wrote: "It's the pose for me."

A second agreed, writing: "My guess is she’ll announce early next year."

While a third replied: "Her face is rounding up and she has started glasses again, I call pregnant. The posing of that little girl is suspicious."

Joy-Anna's sister Jill Duggar, 31, shared on Monday that she and husband Derick Dillard lost their third child.

Even with pregnancy rumors swirling around Joy-Anna, she and her other sisters, Jinger, 27, and Jessa, 28, shared their support on social media.

Joy-Anna wrote: "River Bliss was so loved. I love you Jill. My heart breaks for y'all. I'm so so sorry you are having to go through this. Praying for you all."

Jessa added: "Love you so much and my heart breaks for you."

Jinger posted: "Jill my heart aches for you all. Love you so much and praying for you, sis!"

Their cousin Amy also sent her well wishes, writing: "Love you so much and your sweet family. River would have been beautiful. Wrapping you in prayers."

Jill and Derick – who are parents to sons Israel, six, and Samuel, four – had been planning to name their third child River Bliss Dillard.

The pair – who has distanced themselves from Jill's parents Jim Bob and Michelle – picked out the name because of the various meanings behind it, including “tranquil.”

They added that “rivers are often a serene, beautiful escape in nature.”

Jill continued in the emotional blog: “Our baby doesn’t get to live here with us on earth, but is forever with the source of the river of life, in the presence of the Lord!

“And we chose Bliss for a middle name because our baby is living in perfect bliss with the Lord and was such a gift that brought immense joy and happiness to us even though only with us here on earth for a short time.”

Last week, Joy-Anna was slammed by fans for not spending more time homeschooling her son Gideon, three after she took to her Instagram stories to tell fans how she spends a bit of time every day teaching Gideon basics such as the alphabet and colors.

But fans on Reddit were not impressed by the adorable display and instead slammed the young mom for only doing five minutes of teaching with her son.

A Reddit fan expressed their disappointment: "What do you expect from Joy?"

She filmed herself in their living room as she spelled out her reasons for her homeschooling methods.

The Counting On alum explained: "I normally try and do like five minutes a day, doesn't always happen but just like to get the numbers, the letters, the colors kind of ingrained in his head.

"And I feel consistency works better than [studying] over long periods of time, every so often."

She added, while holding up a workbook: "So I've got this fun schoolbook that I found for him… so anyways that's our morning."
