She’s the glamorous royal who never seems to have a hair out of place – and Queen Rania of Jordan once again showcased her elegance in her family’s latest portrait.

The 50-year-old royal looked radiant alongside her husband King Abdullah II, 58, and their four children, Crown Prince Hussein, 26, Princess Iman, 24, Princess Salma, 20 and Prince Hashem, 15, in the formal snap shared on Instagram yesterday.

Queen Rania stunned in a red silk gown, cinched by a brown belt to highlight her slender frame as she stood next to her husband of 27-years.

Her bouncy brunette locks were styled into curls with a middle parting, while she opted for a glamourous smattering of makeup.

King Abdullah II looked charming in a royal blue shirt, with both his sons wearing a similar style but in different colours.

Princess Iman and Princess Salma looked as equally sophisticated as their mother, with the former dressed in an elegant brown frock and the latter in a light blue shirt and red skirt.

Posting her family photo online, Queen Rania wrote (above): ‘This year, even as we have kept our distance, we’ve all held our loved ones a little closer in our hearts. Sending prayers for health and happiness to all.’

The message was shared in Arabic and English.

Fans were quick to point out the good looks of the entire family, with one writing: ‘Beautiful family,’ while another added: ‘Always represent love, beauty, glamour and royalty.’

It comes after Queen Rania celebrated her 50th birthday in September and admitted all she needed to celebrate the milestone was for her loved ones to be ‘healthy, safe and nearby’.

The mother-of-four marked her birthday after a ‘very difficult year’ – with the global pandemic and her country’s lockdown resulting in some days that ‘seemed to last a lifetime’ for the royal.

Speaking to Hello!, Queen Rania said: ‘It has been a very difficult year, but I am thankful that my country is doing all it can to limit the spread of Covid-19 within our borders and put our people’s health and wellbeing first.

‘Throughout this global crisis, there have been days that seemed to last a lifetime, followed by months that flew by in a haze,’ the royal admitted.

When revealing her birthday wish this year, she said: ‘On my birthday, as long as the people I love are nearby, and they are healthy and safe, I could not possibly ask for more.’
