A Toronto based community centre has shared an unseen photo of Meghan Markle volunteering with them during her days working on Suits.
Prince Harry, 35, and Meghan Markle, 38, selected St. Felix Centre as one of their 12 charities to feature in December in an effort to highlight those helping ‘the lonely, hungry and homeless’.
And on Saturday the charity posted an unseen picture of the former actress working at the centre with them, revealing that she would bring food from the set of the legal drama – and fed over 100 people at Thanksgiving one year.
The photo sees Meghan standing in the shelter’s kitchen with a group of volunteers, wearing a cap, padded jacket and striped shirt, during her time working as Rachel Zane on Suits – a role she gave up for Prince Harry in 2017.

‘Meghan Markle was an active supporter and volunteer of St. Felix Centre during her time living in the city while working on Suits.
‘She volunteered on a regular basis in our kitchen as part of our Community Meals Program. The Duchess also donated food from the set of Suits, and on one Thanksgiving she brought in all the food, turkeys and the fixings for over 100 people.’

Last week Meghan and Harry urged their Instagram followers to reflect on the ‘lonely, hungry and homeless’ this Christmas and posted photos from charitable accounts inspired by the ‘Twelve Days of Christmas’.
The heartfelt message to their 9.9million followers led many fans to flock to the highlighted charities, which included the St. Felix Centre.
The Duchess of Sussex volunteered with the charity while living in Canada and working on the TV series, spending time at the soup kitchen to hand out leftover food from the set.

The charity revealed on Twitter that ‘many people have fond memories’ of the Duchess of Sussex, with some nicknaming her ‘the lovely Meghan’.
The charity’s website describes how they offer programmes and services for marginalised members of the community.
A Good Morning America segment, which aired in May last year, detailed how the royal heard about the centre from a friend before she started volunteering for the soup kitchen.
The royal donated food from the set of Suits, with the Executive Director Brian Harris revealing: ‘That Thanksgiving she would bring in all the food…all the turkeys and the fixings for over 100 people.’
The royal reportedly also brought cast and crew members from the TV series to the centre.
The royal couple are currently undertaking a six-week break from royal duties and sparked rumours last week that they were in Canada for Thanksgiving
