Woman gets epic cover-up after crying at free arm tattoo that went wrong

A woman has received an epic cover-up for her “free” tattoo that ended up looking nothing like she asked for, leaving her in tears.

Holly Holliday shared a clip to TikTok of the intricate black drawing of books piled up and surrounded by flowers that she had chosen after being offered some free ink because she was getting divorced.

But the design was much bigger than she expected, covering most of her arm, with no attempt on the books at all and an attempt at the flowers.

She claims the artist turned up to her appointment high and showed her 11,000 followers that the finished result looked nothing like the design she picked.

Holly was so upset she burst into tears, as she said: "I’m so angry, I’ve cried so much. I trusted this artist he’s done great work in the past for me.

"My trust is now ruined and so is my arm."

She believed he had “taken something” before she had arrived as she claimed he was "slurring his words" during the appointment but, unfortunately, the damage had already been done.

But has since had the tat covered up with a much better design.

In a video, which has gained more than 250 likes, @itsmehollyholliday showed that the shoddy design had been covered over with a heavily shaded skull on top of a book, with a fairy and candle on top of it.

She explained in the caption: "@tattoosbysheena did an amazing job and gave me a tattoo I LOVE!!!! I’m so glad she was the artist that covered this dumpster fire up!!!"

Viewers rushed to the comments to praise the new design as they declared they were happy for her as she got a much better result.
