When we visited, we had carpaccio of tomatoes, mozzarella and pesto for dinner followed by chicken in a cream sauce with pancetta and peas.
There's also the stylish Bar 1911 to have a drink or two in after a long day's relaxation.
5. What are the rooms like at the Titanic Spa?
Rather than your usual hotel rooms, the Titanic Spa offers brilliant mini apartments for its guests, many with balconies overlooking the countryside.
The apartments each have a kitchen, living area, bedroom and bathroom and can accommodate between two and six people.
The kitchens are stocked with tea, coffee and all the usual mod cons.
A continental breakfast is left in the room for all guests.
